1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging
  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Have proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Items bought on clearance or during special promotional sales
  • Gift cards and personalized/customized items

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please:

  • Include your order number and the reason for the return
  • Wait for return approval and instructions before sending any product back

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or wrong item delivered

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was incorrect or damaged
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your safety
